Python \+ Golang \+ Bazel Technical Leader at BairesDev We are looking for a Technical Leader with expertise in Python, Golang, and Bazel to take ownership of the Bazel build system, ensuring the efficient build and delivery of automation\-driven solutions. This role requires a highly technical and self\-driven professional who will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from coding to deployment and monitoring. What You’ll Do: \- Manage and optimize the Bazel build system, ensuring high performance and scalability. \- Develop and maintain software solutions using Python and Golang. \- Oversee the entire software lifecycle – from coding and testing to deployment, monitoring, and performance measurement. \- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate automation\-driven solutions. \- Optimize software builds and delivery pipelines, ensuring high efficiency. \- Troubleshoot and improve build processes, ensuring reliability and scalability. \- Implement monitoring and performance metrics for continuous system improvements. What We Are Looking For: \- Strong expertise in Python and Golang for software development. \- Proven experience managing Bazel build systems. \- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, build automation, and deployment strategies. \- Experience working in cloud\-based environments and containerized solutions. \- Knowledge of software performance monitoring, logging, and debugging. \- Excellent problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently. \- Advanced level of English.
