R\&D Commercial Full\-Stack Developer at BairesDev We are looking for an R\&D Commercial Full\-Stack Developer to build user\-facing experiences and backend services that help customers discover qualified relationship leads and grow their businesses. This role sits in an early\-stage, high\-growth environment and requires strong ownership, autonomy, and a big\-picture mindset. What You'll Do: \- Develop frontend user experiences and backend services to support qualified lead generation. \- Design and implement features that support complex, end\-to\-end commercial processes. \- Work with SQL databases to store, query, and analyze application data. \- Collaborate with a distributed team using asynchronous communication and strong Slack practices. \- Continuously improve product quality, scalability, and performance. What we are looking for: \- 3\+ years of experience as a Full\-Stack Developer working on both frontend and backend systems. \- Strong ability to work autonomously in a distributed, early\-stage, high\-growth environment. \- Comfort owning complex processes and thinking holistically about feature development. \- Solid experience working with SQL databases. \- Strong written communication skills and disciplined use of collaboration tools such as Slack. \- Availability to work with a good overlap with the US East Coast time zones.
