Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Engineer** to design, implement, and scale infrastructure and delivery systems that drive operational excellence. You will work with cross\-functional teams to enhance automation, cloud architecture, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security and reliability. Join us to contribute to innovative solutions and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for multi\-environment deployments * Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using modern CI/CD tools * Optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and developer experience * Design and manage scalable, secure, and cost\-efficient infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform * Implement Infrastructure\-as\-Code solutions using Terraform or similar tools * Lead cloud migration, modernization, and environment standardization efforts * Build, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker * Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters on Google Kubernetes Engine * Implement advanced deployment strategies such as blue/green, canary, and rolling deployments * Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting systems * Drive incident response, root\-cause analysis, and implement reliability improvements * Collaborate with engineering teams to embed Site Reliability Engineering principles and define SLIs/SLOs * Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines including SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning * Manage identity and access management, secrets management, and enforce least\-privilege access policies * Collaborate cross\-functionally and mentor junior engineers; contribute to DevOps best practices and documentation **Requirements** * DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience of 3\+ years * Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform including networking, compute, storage, IAM, and security * Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale * Experience with Infrastructure\-as\-Code tools such as Terraform * Advanced scripting skills in Python and Bash * Deep understanding of CI/CD systems and Git workflows * Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix system internals, networking, and troubleshooting * Experience integrating security practices into CI/CD processes * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills * Excellent communication skills for collaboration with developers, product teams, and leadership * Ownership mindset with ability to independently drive initiatives to completion * Commitment to automation, reliability, and continuous improvement * English proficiency at upper\-intermediate level (B2\) **Nice to have** * Experience with Ansible for configuration management * Knowledge of Go programming language * Familiarity with Grafana for monitoring and visualization * Hands\-on experience with Istio service mesh technology
