React Developer

**Role Overview** We are seeking a React Developer to join our Reinforcement Learning (RL) Gym project. You will be responsible for building and maintaining intuitive, high\-performance web interfaces that enable researchers and engineers to visualize, interact with, and manage reinforcement learning workflows. This role requires strong React expertise and the ability to collaborate closely with backend and ML teams to deliver seamless user experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React. * Build reusable UI components and libraries to support experimentation workflows. * Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow. * Work with engineers and researchers to create visualizations for training, evaluation, and benchmarking results. * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross\-browser compatibility. * Ensure high code quality with testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices. * Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and contribute to continuous improvements in the frontend stack. **Requirements** * 4\+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React. * Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3\. * Experience with state management libraries * Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. * Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks * Understanding of build tools and CI/CD workflows * Strong problem\-solving, debugging, and communication skills. * Good to have: Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3\.js, Chart.js, Recharts) or exposure to ML/AI project interfaces. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. **Important Notes for Submission** * Kindly prioritize candidates with **immediate availability** and confirm their commitment to 8 \- 4 hrs/day with PST overlap. **Offer Details** * Commitments Required: Full\-time (8 hours/day). At least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with an overlap of 4 hours with PST. * Engagement Type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave) * Duration of Contract: 3 months (adjustable based on engagement) * Location: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico. **Evaluation Process** * Candidates complete Interest Check Form (ICF) * Shortlisted candidates only will be invited for MTI
