It has the ambition to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with TD/BAs and Group Functions as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products and to secure agile ways of working across the whole Digital Delivery function. Together with our digital talents, we will work on solution design and deliveries to improve business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group. What You Bring to the Team * Ability to participate in requirement gathering, analyze and prioritize requirements effectively. * Skill in writing clean, testable, and scalable code using .NET programming languages. * Commitment to developing high\-quality, maintainable, and scalable systems. * Capability to design complex, detailed front\-end applications. * Experience in implementing business logic and developing APIs and services. * Aptitude to identify system deficiencies and propose or implement effective solutions. * Understanding of and adherence to IT Services processes, methods, and business standards. Must\-Have Capabilities * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 3–4 years of experience in full\-stack development for large\-scale, enterprise applications. * Hands\-on experience with ASP.NET MVC using C\# and front\-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Blazor. * Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction operations. * Solid understanding of S.O.L.I.D principles and their application in software design. * A mindset that is eager to learn new technologies and continuously improve. * Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
