Learn more about us here! **This is a 100% remote position.** **About Your New Role** We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who loves building products end\-to\-end and uses AI\-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) as a core part of how they work. This is not a research role — it’s a product engineering role for someone who wants to ship fast, learn from real users, and continuously improve what’s in production. You’ll work closely with product and design to turn ideas into features, take ownership of major parts of the product, and help define how AI accelerates our engineering velocity. If you thrive in early\-stage environments, enjoy ambiguity, and care deeply about customer impact, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and ship customer\-facing product features from concept to production. * Use Cursor or similar AI coding tools daily to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, and iteration. * Design and implement AI\-powered workflows, automations, and product features (including LLM integrations). * Partner closely with Product, Design, and Leadership to shape requirements and technical direction. * Own features and systems in production — including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. * Make pragmatic architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, and long\-term maintainability. * Help define engineering best practices for an AI\-first development culture. * Mentor teammates and raise the bar for product\-focused engineering. **Must\-Have Technical Expertise** * 3\+ years of experience building and shipping production software. * Strong experience with modern languages and frameworks, Python, Go and other languages in our ecosystem (PHP, React). * Hands\-on experience using AI\-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent. * Proven ability to build real products, not just isolated services or prototypes. * Experience integrating AI/ML or LLM\-based capabilities into user\-facing applications. * Strong product instincts — you think in terms of user value, tradeoffs, and outcomes, not just code. * Comfortable working in a fast\-moving startup environment with evolving priorities. **Why you'll love life at Command\|Link** Join us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
