This is an opportunity to help craft user\-facing experiences that bring clarity, control, and collaboration to modern personal finance.We’re looking for someone with deep technical experience who’s excited to: * Build and evolve our software platform using Ruby on Rails and React, contributing to both the frontend and backend architecture. * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-tested code with performance and scalability in mind. * Collaborate closely with the founding team to iterate quickly on product direction, technical tradeoffs, and customer feedback. * Bring a product mindset—considering usability, edge cases, and long\-term maintainability in every implementation. * Help shape our engineering practices and technical roadmap with a bias toward security, transparency, and control—the same values we bring to our customers. * Offer mentorship and thoughtful feedback to other team members, fostering a culture of learning and inclusion.
