You will design and build the internal platform that serves as the "operating system" for our company. This isn't a traditional maintenance role. You will be at the forefront of **AI\-augmented development**, using the latest tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) to build sophisticated internal tools, agentic workflows, and high\-performance services. You will treat our internal infrastructure as a product, ensuring our teams can move with unprecedented speed. ### **Responsibilities:** ##### **What You’ll Do** * **Architect Internal Platforms**: Design and scale custom dashboards, APIs, and data models that power our core business operations. * **Engineer Agentic Workflows**: Go beyond simple prompts to integrate OpenAI and Anthropic models into complex, multi\-step autonomous workflows that solve real business problems. * **Modernize CMS Integration**: Manage WordPress not as a standalone site, but as a headless content layer within a larger, modern platform ecosystem. * **AI\-Driven Delivery**: Use AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the entire SDLC—from rapid prototyping and refactoring to generating comprehensive test suites. * **High\-Leverage Ownership**: Take full responsibility for features from initial technical design through to AWS deployment and continuous iteration. ##### **The Tech Stack \& Tooling** We believe in using the best tool for the job, powered by the best AI for the dev. * **Languages**: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS. * **Backend**: Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask), and RESTful/GraphQL APIs. * **Platform**: WordPress (Headless/Hybrid), AWS, CI/CD pipelines. * **AI Workspace**: Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot. ### **What We’re Looking For** * **5\+ Years of Engineering Rigor:** You have deep experience in full\-stack environments and understand how to build for scale and reliability. * **The AI Multiplier Mindset:** You are already an expert at using AI tools to write code, debug, and explore technical trade\-offs.
