Full Stack Engineer

**Full\-Time Employment in Brazil (São Paulo)** Synmatch AI is supporting one of its customers in the mobility technology sector in hiring a **Full Stack Engineer** for their **Planning R\&D team** . This team builds intelligent products that enable smarter, cleaner, and more efficient transportation systems across thousands of cities worldwide. This is a **full\-time employment position (not a contractor role)** . **Only full\-time applications will be considered.** The role is **remote, based in São Paulo** . You should be **located in São Paulo** already, or **willing to relocate** . The client may open an office in São Paulo in the future. What you will do * Develop, deploy, and maintain full\-stack applications using **React \+ TypeScript** (frontend) and **Node.js \+ TypeScript** (backend), deployed on **Kubernetes** * Design and implement new features end\-to\-end, ensuring **high performance, scalability, and great user experience** * Participate in the full development lifecycle, including **architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision\-making** * Collaborate closely with **Product Managers and Designers** to refine requirements and deliver production\-ready solutions * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both frontend and backend components to ensure reliability and quality What you need to bring * **Based in São Paulo, or willing to relocate to São Paulo** * **Based in Brazil** * **3\+ years** of full\-stack web development experience * Strong expertise in **React, Node.js, and modern web architecture** * Experience with databases such as **MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL** * Degree in **Computer Science** or a related field * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills Nice to have Experience with **Python, AWS, mobility tech, Agile methodologies, or CI/CD** **Ready to build technology that moves cities forward?** Apply through **Synmatch AI** to be considered.
