We invite an experienced and proactive Intermediate Automation Test Engineer to join our team on an exciting new project. In this role, you'll help plan and implement the integration of large\-scale products in the Point of Sale domain, designing and delivering robust, high\-quality automation solutions on our cloud platform that bring real value to end users and create new opportunities for clients. **🟩 What's in it for you:** * Make a real impact in the dynamic Point of Sale domain, building robust automation solutions for a highly available cloud platform * Grow as a tech leader, working hands\-on with Java, Selenium, Appium, Maven, and Jenkins * Join a collaborative, international team where your ideas and expertise are valued **✅ Is that you?** * 3\+ years of experience in software test automation * Excellent Java coding skills with experience in IntelliJ and Selenium * Hands\-on experience with API automation, Appium, Maven, ADB, and HTML/CSS/XPath * Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins * Experience maintaining automation frameworks and test tools * Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases * Good understanding of SOLID design principles * Upper\-Intermediate\+ English level * Strong client\-facing communication and collaboration skills * Strong ownership, accountability, and proactive problem\-solving skills **Desirable:** * Experience with Cucumber and Gherkin * Experience creating automation frameworks from scratch * Previous experience in the Point of Sale (POS) domain * Experience with GCP or other major cloud platforms **🧩Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution** In this role, you'll own the automation testing process, design and implement effective test scenarios, analyze results, and help ensure the delivery of high\-quality software that fully meets client expectations. * Define and implement scenarios for building robust, scalable, high\-quality automation solutions * Design, develop, and maintain in\-house automation frameworks and tools * Prepare test data and proactively clarify requirements as needed * Review and analyze test execution results, maintain all related documentation * Communicate daily task status updates to the client * Perform SQL data quality testing on large datasets; perform functional and regression testing * Collaborate with peers to define and recommend best practices for quality assurance using automation * Conduct impact analysis to evaluate effects on regression tests, code testability, and application performance to ensure smooth continuous testing **🎾 What's working at Dev.Pro like?** Dev.Pro is a global company that's been building great software since 2011\.
