Fullstack Engineer (Java+React)

**About The Opportunity** We are looking for a talented and experienced **Full Stack Developer (Java \& React)** to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a strong focus on performance, security, and user experience. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions while staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain high\-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React. * Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions. * Implement and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend components. * Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. * Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following industry best practices. * Debug and resolve technical issues across both frontend and backend systems. * Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback. * Continuously research and adopt new tools and technologies to improve the development process. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development. * Strong knowledge of React.js for frontend development. * Hands\-on experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs. * Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate). * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git). * Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6\+). * Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API). * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit and Jest. **Nice To Have Skills** * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). * Understanding of microservices architecture. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Exposure to performance monitoring tools and application security best practices.
