We build tailored software that improves efficiency, transparency, and outcomes in the assisted reproduction technology industry. **The Role:** As a Lead Engineer, you will be the technical and delivery anchor for your team. You will remain deeply hands\-on in the codebase while serving as the primary decision\-maker for architecture and feature delivery. This is a role for a "player\-coach" who enjoys mentoring developers and partnering with Product and Design to turn vision into production\-ready reality.
