This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. **Position title:** SAP iXp Intern – LX DevOps Engineer **Location:** São Leopoldo, RS As an intern in LX Language Technology, you will have a variety of responsibilities that focus on helping to administer and support language technology tools and infrastructure. Here are the key areas you will be involved in: * Technological Support and Consulting + Assist in providing technological support and consulting for language technology tools, systems, and the overall landscape. + Your primary focus will be to help ensure continuous connectivity, security, availability, performance, and general support of language\-related tools and infrastructure. * Incident Management + Participate in incident management processes by coordinating with cross\-functional teams to resolve incidents, minimize impact, and perform troubleshooting * Documentation and Best Practices + Help document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices. The focus is on providing a first\-class user experience for over 3000 users regarding translation tool support and connectivity in a secure working environment.
