We are dedicated to enhancing our analytics pipeline, refining underlying data models, integrating new data sources, and developing intuitive self\-service solutions. While our work is challenging, we provide an environment where individuals can expand their skillsets, explore innovative solutions, and prioritize continuous learning. **Reports to:** Business Intelligence Manager **Location:** Remote\- Brazil/Latin America//Europe **What You'll Do:** * Develop and refine data models used by the BI team and external teams for visualizing data. * Discover opportunities to improve the performance of data models and pipeline tasks * Support self\-service analytics * Assist the team in creating visuals and dashboards as needed. * Help to educate others on analytics best practices and drive the company's data culture toward success. **Who you are:** * 3\+ years of experience in data modeling with large scale data * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs * Experience with: + dbt + Advanced levels of SQL + Intermediate levels of Python + One or more modern visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Qlik, etc) * Must have either: + 2\+ years of experience with Kubernetes + or 3\+ experience with Marketing and Finance Data (And related analysis techniques) * Preferences: + Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs + Airflow + Pandas + Provisioning Tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, etc) + AWS + Degree in relevant fields (CS, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, etc…) + Experience with: - Redshift - PySpark \- CI/CD Tools \- Github Actions or other. **What we offer** * Market competitive and pay equity\-focused compensation structure * Remote setup \+ Flexible work from anywhere for 4\-8 weeks per year * Generous time away, including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more! * Rich medical benefits and insurance coverage. * The agency to innovate, directly impacting product features and customer experiences. * Opportunity to be part of the core team in a growing setup.
