We look forward to hearing from you! **Title: Software Developer** **Location: Onsite \- Sao Paulo \- Brazil** **Salary: 11,000/BRL per month.** 1\. Summary Our Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our growing team in Brazil. This role will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of software modules for automotive applications, primarily focusing on Infotainment (IVI) and potentially Advanced Driver\-Assistance Systems (ADAS). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software engineering principles, a passion for writing high\-quality code, and the ability to work collaboratively within an Agile development environment. 2\. Responsibilities · Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software modules according to specified requirements and design specifications. · Testing: Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. · Code Review: Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards. · Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize software performance to meet system requirements. · Debugging \& Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects through debugging and troubleshooting. · Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, testers, and system engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. · Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation. · Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and methodologies. · Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and sprint retrospectives. 3\. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. · Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience. · Experience with automotive software development is highly preferred, with a focus on either Infotainment (IVI) or Advanced Driver\-Assistance Systems (ADAS). · Strong understanding of object\-oriented programming principles and design patterns. · Familiarity with software configuration management tools (e.g., Git). 4\. Skills · Technical Skills: o Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C\+\+, C, Python). o Experience with software testing frameworks and methodologies. o Familiarity with embedded systems development is a plus. o Experience with real\-time operating systems (RTOS) is a plus. o Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) is a plus. · Language Skills: o Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. · Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. o Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
