We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Amazon Connect Administrator / Developer** to design, build, and optimize integrated contact center solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable customer engagement tools for voice and digital channels. Apply now to join a collaborative team driving innovation in contact center technology. **Responsibilities** * Configure and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and IVR logic * Configure and optimize CTI integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce * Implement screen pops, click\-to\-dial, softphone controls, call logging, and agent state synchronization * Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions and integrations supporting call flows * Support omnichannel capabilities including voice, chat, and callbacks * Configure Salesforce Service Cloud for voice use cases including Cases, Tasks, Activities, and Voice Call records * Implement and customize Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect integration * Design data models and automations to capture call metadata, transcripts, and outcomes * Collaborate on Omni\-Channel routing strategies within Salesforce * Design and maintain integrations using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway * Work with Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Flows to support integrations * Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements * Troubleshoot complex issues across Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and AWS * Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions * Support user acceptance testing, production deployments, and post\-go\-live optimization **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience with Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing, and IVR * Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization * Proficiency in implementing CTI integrations for contact center environments * Working knowledge of AWS Lambda and REST APIs * Understanding of contact center operations, metrics, and best practices * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across integrated distributed systems * Strong collaboration skills when working with cross\-functional teams * Experience delivering secure and scalable cloud\-based solutions * Ability to create clear technical documentation and operational runbooks * Experience mentoring administrators or junior engineers * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English proficiency for communication and documentation **Nice to have** * Experience with Amazon Connect native integration features * AWS expertise with services such as S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch * Knowledge of handling call recordings and transcripts * Salesforce certifications including Admin, Platform App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant * AWS certifications such as Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
