We’re looking for a heavy\-hitting Senior Frontend Engineer who is ready to own the interface of our retail revolution. THE MISSION Our platform uses CVAI to diagnose planogram compliance and empower merchandising workflows. Your mission is to own and evolve the user\-facing experience across our entire product suite. You’ll be the bridge between our powerful backend and the human beings using our tools, with a heavy emphasis on React (web) and React Native (iOS/Android). THE ROLE This isn't just about moving pixels; it’s about building scalable systems. You will: * Build and own features from initial design through to implementation across web and mobile. * Partner closely with Product and Design to refine UX flows and tackle edge cases. * Create data\-rich dashboards that turn complex CVAI insights into clear, actionable UI. * Build shared UI components and business logic that work seamlessly across web and mobile. * Improve reliability in real\-world conditions (think: offline states, video capture, and low connectivity). * Mentor and support junior developers as we scale the team. WHAT YOU BRING * 8\+ years of Front\-End experience with a deep mastery of React (hooks, state management, performance optimization). * 3\+ years in early\-stage startup environments—you know how to build fast without breaking things. * Comfort moving between React (web) and React Native (mobile). * A "system\-thinker" mindset—you enjoy building components that support a scalable frontend. * High EQ—you listen well, receive feedback, and enjoy a highly iterative process with designers. * Smart \& Reliable: Above all else, we value people who figure things out and get them done.
