**Company Description** Mira is the universal accessibility layer for on\-chain alpha. We are "Fintech in the front, Crypto in the back," transforming raw on\-chain performance into a passive investment product for the general public. While crypto traders and "degens" have dominated this space, we are targeting a market 30–50x larger: general investors who want results without the learning curve. Mira is a strategic pivot from a successful, bootstrapped Solana SaaS that we scaled to 15,000 users. We have deep domain expertise and a valuable understanding of our users. Currently we are building on Hyperliquid and its horizontally scalable to other DEXs, with a roadmap to scale vertically into prediction markets. We are building the bridge that turns sophisticated crypto returns into a seamless "digital bank" experience. **Role Description** As a Co\-founder and Lead Backend Engineer, you will architect our core infrastructure and own the technical roadmap. You will be a strategic partner in moving from ideation to a scalable B2C platform. * Architect the Core Engine: Design and build the execution layer that mirrors elite on\-chain strategies to user accounts with high precision and low latency. * Lead Technical Abstractions: Own the user onboarding tech flow by abstracting login with Privy and building a secure gateway to manage a non\-custodial money flow—ensuring the system is inherently safe while remaining invisible to the user. We'll work with a 3rd party gateway that provides KYC and PIX on ramps. * Strategic Partner: Drive the technical vision for horizontal scaling (other DEXs) and vertical expansion (prediction markets), while partnering on fundraising and product\-led growth. **Qualifications** * 0 to 1 Mastery: You have built and shipped complex, production\-grade systems from scratch. You understand the "startup grind" and thrive in high\-autonomy environments. * Security \& Scalability: Experience building B2C systems focused on security and scalability for thousands of users. You know that in financial products, reliability is the core feature. * Engineering Authority: You are a senior\-level engineer capable of architecting a robust backend. We are stack\-agnostic but require deep mastery of modern backend architecture and high\-performance APIs. * Founder DNA: Previous experience as a founder or early employee at a high\-growth startup is a major plus. You are straightforward, low\-ego, and focused on building a category\-defining product. **Compensation \& Business Case** * Equity \& Vision: This is a co\-founder role starting with equity. We are currently bootstrapping with a clear path to revenue and are in active conversations to raise capital (pro\-labore to be established post\-funding). * Proven Model: Last year, over 30\+ Web3 execution bots generated $1M\+ in revenue. Mira enters this proven niche but targets a significantly broader audience. * Revenue Projection: With 1,000 active users, we expect an MRR of $30k–$50k USD based on our 0\.1% volume\-fee model. * The Sprint: Our goal is to build and launch the MVP within 2–3 months.
