Apply now for an opportunity to start or further your career with a young, fast\-growing company that values its front line. **Responsibilities:** * Leverage Claude (by Anthropic) as a primary code\-generation tool to accelerate software development * Review, edit, refactor, and validate AI\-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability * Design, build, and maintain full\-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies * Own deployments and releases across cloud environments * Ensure company data and systems are secure and properly protected * Deliver functional, production\-ready projects that are actively used by end users * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions * Take full ownership of code quality, technical decisions, and project outcomes **Qualifications:** * 7\+ years of experience as a Full\-Stack Developer or Senior Software Engineer, working on production\-grade applications * Hands\-on experience using Claude or similar large language models (LLMs) as a primary development tool, ideally for 12\+ months, in real\-world or production environments * Strong hands\-on experience with Flutter, React, and Node.js * Working knowledge of .NET and Blazor * Experience deploying and managing applications in Azure (primary) and AWS (secondary) * Proven ability to work with AI\-generated code and confidently identify when outputs require modification or redesign * Experience owning deployments and production releases * Strong understanding of secure development practices and data protection * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast\-paced environment **Time Zone:** Central Time, Mountain Time, Eastern Time, or Pacific Time **Schedule:** Part\-Time **Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.** *All qualified applicants will receive consideration for job opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.* **BA Global Talent** connects professionals across the Americas with meaningful opportunities at U.S. companies.
