We’re looking for a skilled  **Fullstack Developer**  to join our international product development group, working full\-time with our local team in São Paulo! Our platform serves companies with deskless workforces in industries like retail, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare etc. (e.g., Vivo, Coca\-Cola, Chilli Beans, Unilever and many others). We help employees learn and grow on the go, whether through desktop or mobile, ensuring they stay connected to their company, no matter where they are. **What You’ll Do** * Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers across global teams to roll out new features quickly and improve existing ones. * Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications with full responsiveness for both desktop and mobile. * Take end\-to\-end ownership of features—from understanding the need to delivering production\-ready code. * Build and enhance systems using **Java, Spring, React, Redux, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS** **cloud services.** * Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices for software development. * Use modern **AI\-assisted development tools** to accelerate productivity and code quality. * Support and extend product features that **leverage generative AI** , such as intelligent knowledge assistants, automated content generation and more. * Work with tight schedules and changing priorities, **actively seeking solutions** . **What We Offer** * A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and getting the job done with a smile :) * The chance to impact learning experiences for **millions of deskless workers** , across industries and continents. * Daily exposure to modern AI development practices and a product stack that actively incorporates AI into customer\-facing features. * A hybrid work model – at least **2 days a week in our São Paulo offices (Berrini/Pinheiros area; this is a must)** , with the rest remote. **Who You Are** * **Experienced Fullstack Developer:**  5\+ years building software products in real\-world, production environments. * **Tech Stack** : Proficiency in **Java** , **Spring** , **React** , **Redux** , **MongoDB** , **Node.js** , **AWS, and CI/CD workflows** . * **AI Mindset:** Familiar with using **AI tools** to enhance development workflows.
