With a commitment to exceeding expectations, we provide cutting\-edge solutions that help organizations thrive and improve the lives of people involved. **Role Description** We’re looking for a **Design Engineer / Senior Frontend** who is **React\-oriented** , with strong experience building and maintaining **design systems / component libraries** , and the ability to deliver **highly polished, complex UIs** (pixel\-perfect implementation), including **animations** and rich interactions. You’ll be working on an **AI\-ready UX Product Library** (a scalable UX/UI library designed for AI\-enabled products and consistent UI patterns) in a **remote, full\-time** setup for a **well\-known fintech** (under NDA). The engagement is ideally **starting in February** , structured as **3\-month rolling contracts** with a **possibility of extension** . Experience using AI tools for development—especially **Claude** and **Cursor** —is valued to accelerate implementation, refactors, test generation, and overall frontend productivity. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities * Familiarity with frontend technologies and usability\-focused design principles * Fluent English skills (C1/C2 level) * **Senior\-level** frontend experience (typically **5\+ years** , depending on overall fit). * Strong experience with **React** (React\-oriented). * Proven experience working with **design systems / component libraries** (components, patterns, consistency, tokens, etc.). * Demonstrated ability to build **complex, polished UIs** and **animations** (micro\-interactions, transitions, motion). * Comfortable with multiple styling approaches: **Tailwind / CSS Modules / Sass / styled\-components/emotion** (and/or others). * Solid understanding of **frontend architecture** , **performance** , and scalability (not just markup). * Experience using AI tools in the development workflow (preferably **Claude / Cursor** ). * **Portfolio required:** ability to share **1–3 strong\-looking projects** showing UI/design system work (public links, or **screenshots/videos** if under NDA). * Excellent **communication skills** (important for remote client work). **Responsibilities** * Deliver **pixel\-perfect UI implementation** from designs (e.g., Figma), with strong attention to detail and consistency. * Build, evolve, and optimize a **component library / design system** (likely aligned with **Material** or a similar reference, TBD). * Create reusable components, UI patterns, and maintain basic documentation and usage examples. * Implement **animations** and complex interactions with strong performance and UX quality. **Nice to have** * Experience with **Material Design / MUI** or similar design systems. * Prior work in fintech/enterprise environments with high UI quality standards. * Familiarity with accessibility (a11y) and frontend performance best practices for rich UIs. **Interview Process** * Interviews starting **next week** . * Expected **three interviews** , each including some technical component (details still being defined).
