Job Requisition \#: 033177 Senior RPA Developer (Open) Job Description: We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer with significant experience in UiPath and strong business analysis skills. This role involves responsibility for delivering end\-to\-end automation solutions, including process discovery, solution design, and effective collaboration with business stakeholders and global colleagues, as well as hands\-on bot development. Reporting to the Process Automation Program Manager, you will play a key part in automating critical business processes and supporting digital transformation initiatives across various departments. Key Responsibilities:* Analyze “as\-is” processes, identify automation opportunities, and define “to\-be” workflows. * Gather and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders. * Collaborate on solution architecture, API integrations, and enterprise alignment. * Design, build, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Automation Platform * Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing; ensure reliable and secure bot operations. * Document workflows, design specifications (PDD/SDD), and support materials. * Support bot maintenance, optimization, and issue resolution post\-deployment. * Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews. Education and Experience:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Experience working in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing domain for large global companies * Experience with offshore delivery and U.S.\-based clients. Required Qualifications:* 5\-7 years of solid RPA development experience with UiPath Automation Platform in large enterprise environment * Strong communication skills in English, as this position involves engaging with business users in the US and internationally. * Strong experience in process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder interaction. * Understanding of API/web service integration. * UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (required). Preferred Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Experience working in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing domain for large global companies * Experience with offshore delivery and U.S.\-based clients. * Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, R, of VB Script for developing custom logic in complex process automation. * Familiarity with UiPath AI Agents and Document Understanding modules is a plus.
