This is not a job where you “pick up tickets.” This is a chance to **build a company’s technical foundation** and define how a global platform operates at scale. 💡 What You’ll Build As a **Founding Engineer** , you will help design, build, and scale the core technology that The Flex is built on — from first principles. You’ll work across **product, engineering, and operations** , owning systems end\-to\-end: web apps, APIs, automation pipelines, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll make architectural decisions early — the kind that matter for years — and move fast to turn ideas into production systems used in the real world.
