While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority. * Note: If you're hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :) We’re looking for a hands\-on Full\-Stack Developer with a strong focus on AI tooling—especially Claude Code— to work on an AI\-powered data analysis platform used by small businesses. The platform combines automated AI\-driven analysis with human\-in\-the\-loop validation, helping teams generate reliable insights from their data without building full internal data teams. The product is already \~90% built, and this role focuses on owning, refining, and completing the backend and core platform logic. This position requires someone who can take real ownership of an existing system, improve what’s fragile, and ensure everything works reliably end to end. **What You’ll Do** * Take ownership of an existing AI\-powered data analysis platform, refining and preparing it for production use * Build and improve seamless, automated access to customer data sources (APIs, connectors, permissions, pipelines) * Work deeply with Claude Code to generate, debug, and refine production\-ready code * Debug, clean up, and harden AI\-generated code across the stack * Design and evolve human\-in\-the\-loop workflows to ensure AI outputs meet quality standards * Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability * Collaborate on platform architecture and long\-term technical direction **What We’re Looking For** * Strong hands\-on experience with Claude Code and AI\-assisted development * Experience building and customizing Claude workflows (agents, prompts, skills, MDs) * Solid full\-stack development skills, with confidence debugging backend\-heavy systems * Background in data analysis, analytics platforms, or data pipelines * Clear understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in production systems * Comfortable owning a backend system that supports human\-in\-the\-loop validation * Self\-directed, detail\-oriented, and proactive * Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in a remote environment **Schedule** : Monday to Friday, Full\-time **Compensation** : Contractor model \- USD salary. **Location** : 100% remote If this opportunity sounds good to you, **send us your resume!**
