Middle Java Backend Developer

Take the next step in your career by applying today. **Responsibilities** * Create, develop, and maintain core backend components and services for the AI Receptionist solution * Work with the team to design reliable, scalable, and easy\-to\-maintain systems within an Agile framework * Construct adaptable APIs following internal standards and provide microservices for external use * Implement AI\-driven features using Java, Go, and Python technologies * Verify and uphold the quality and correctness of delivered code * Deploy services into production, manage operations, and contribute to on\-call rotations * Safeguard the scalability and uptime of team solutions * Partner with product managers and UX designers to ensure timely delivery of new features * Support troubleshooting efforts, including root cause investigation, rollbacks, bug resolution, and live deployments **Requirements** * 2\+ years of software engineering experience * Practical experience in designing, developing, and testing scalable microservices * Knowledge in building, deploying, and operating software and systems for high\-demand production environments * Hands\-on expertise with Java, Go, Python, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL * Experience working in Agile teams utilizing CI/CD pipelines * Effective communication abilities * Capability to independently complete tasks with minimal oversight * Commitment to producing well\-structured, quality software * Interest in applying AI to enhance development workflows * English proficiency at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level **Nice to have** * Understanding of React Native * Background in AI\-related technologies
