In this contract\-to\-full\-time role, you'll help bring product ideas to life by building web and mobile applications across the full stack. You'll collaborate closely with design and engineering to refine features and create thoughtful, user\-focused experiences. **What's in it for you:** * Join a small, ambitious design \& engineering studio building custom software across FinTech, Healthcare, EdTech, and consumer SaaS * Own projects end\-to\-end, turning ideas into polished, user\-focused web and mobile products * Grow your full\-stack skills by developing frontend and backend features with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails **Is that you?** * Hands\-on experience developing applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript * Experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs with Ruby on Rails * Hands\-on full\-stack experience across frontend, backend, and basic deployment tasks * Ability to design and implement polished, user\-facing interfaces with a strong eye for detail * Proven ability to turn ideas into fully functional products * Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively **Desirable:** * Experience with Tailwind CSS for building responsive, maintainable user interfaces * Experience developing mobile applications with React Native **Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution** In this role, you'll help turn product ideas into high\-quality web and mobile applications, contributing across the full stack and collaborating with design and engineering to create polished, user\-focused experiences. * Develop and maintain frontend features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript * Build and maintain backend services and APIs with Ruby on Rails * Collaborate closely with designers to refine, iterate, and polish product features * Contribute to architectural and technical decisions across the full stack * Write clean, maintainable code following best practices * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability * Communicate progress, ideas, and challenges clearly with the team * Engage directly with clients to ensure the final product meets both technical and user needs
