In addition to supporting well known global beer brands like Corona, Budweiser and Michelob Ultra, the Growth Group is home to a robust suite of digital products including our B2B digital commerce platform BEES, on\-demand delivery services Ze Delivery and TaDa Delivery, and table top beer keg PerfectDraft. **What you'll do:** * Develop new features and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin. * Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into application functionalities. * Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. * Write clean, testable, and maintainable code. * Actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality and standardization. * Identify and fix bugs, optimizing application performance. * Work closely with the backend team for RESTful API integration. * Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Android and Kotlin development. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and project architecture **What you'll need:** * Advanced English skills * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Experience in native Android development using **Kotlin** . * Knowledge of Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and architectural patterns such as MVI and MVVM. * Proficiency in consuming APIs with Retrofit and working with RESTful services. * Familiarity with modern Android frameworks and libraries, including Jetpack Compose, Jetpack Architecture Components, Coroutines, and Kotlin Flow. * Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks like Koin. * Knowledge of unit testing best practices and tools such as JUnit. * Experience with Firebase services and integration. * Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git. * Ability to participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best practices. **More about you:** * You are proactive, taking initiative to identify needs and propose solutions. * You have strong communication skills, able to share ideas clearly and collaborate effectively. * You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to continuously improve. * You adapt quickly to new challenges and work with a problem\-solving mindset. **What We Offer:** * Performance based bonus\* * Attendance Bonus\* * Private pension plan * Meal Allowance * Casual office and dress code * Days off\* * Health, dental, and life insurance * Medicines discounts * WellHub partnership * Childcare subsidies * Discounts on Ambev products\* * Clube Ben partnership * Scholarship\* * School materials assurance * Language and training platforms * Transport allowance \*Rules applied
