Their solution is designed to help campaigns and movements launch quickly, stay agile, and drive real engagement through one of the most impactful communication channels in modern politics: SMS. **Job Summary** We are seeking a Senior Full\-Stack Developer with expertise in developing modern, scalable web applications. This role is ideal for a true “builder” who enjoys working hands\-on across the entire stack—delivering high\-quality features from polished React interfaces to efficient Node.js services running on AWS Lambda. **Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end feature development, from interactive React UIs to scalable Node.js business logic. * Design, develop, and deploy optimized AWS Lambda functions with a focus on performance and cost. * Write, optimize, and maintain complex PostgreSQL queries and schema migrations * Build and maintain secure, well\-documented RESTful APIs. * Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, unit tests, and integration tests. * Debug and resolve complex issues across the full stack. * Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to refine requirements and provide effort estimates. * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in frontend and backend systems. **Qualifications And Job Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and responsive UI design. * Strong proficiency in Node.js in a Serverless/AWS Lambda environment. * Advanced PostgreSQL skills, including schema design and query optimization. * Advanced verbal and written English for collaboration with North American teams. * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and AWS environments (Terraform, CDK). * Experience mentoring developers or leading technical discovery. * Experience or strong interest in TypeScript. * Hands\-on experience with: React, Node.js APIs, Serverless / AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL. * Exposure to: Infrastructure as Code, TypeScript, Terraform / CDK. **What we offer** * 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
