**Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * **Experience:** 5\+ years in a Software Engineering role. * **Language:** Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * **Software Development Proficiency:** Strong background in software engineering with proficiency in GoLang or Python. You should be comfortable with object\-oriented programming, data structures, REST API design, and writing testable, production\-quality code (not just operational scripts). * **DevSecOps Expertise:** Proven experience implementing security best practices in a CI/CD environment. Familiarity with automated security scanning, secrets management (e.g., **HashiCorp Vault** ), and compliance automation. * **Containerization \& Orchestration:** Expert\-level knowledge of **Kubernetes** , **Docker** , and **Helm** . Experience with Service Meshes like Istio or Linkerd is a plus. * **Cloud Platforms:** Proficiency with either **GCP** or **AWS** services. * **CI/CD \& GitOps:** Deep experience with CI/CD platforms like **GitLab/GitHub Actions** and **Jenkins** . * **Infrastructure as Code:** Hands\-on experience with **Terraform** . * **Observability \& Monitoring:** Proven experience with the **Prometheus/Grafana/Loki** stack for monitoring, logging, and alerting. * **Full Stack:** A solid understanding of full\-stack development principles to effectively support development teams. **Bonus Qualifications:** * Experience with **GitOps** tools such as **Argo CD** or **Flux** . * Relevant certifications, such as AWS/GCP Certified. * Familiarity with other observability tools like Jaeger or OpenTelemetry.
