The product manages inbound calls, booking workflows, pricing rules, and payments for service\-based businesses. Currently in pilot phase, the platform is preparing for broader rollout. The engineering team is intentionally small, senior\-leaning, and values execution quality, ownership, and practical problem\-solving over heavy process. **Role Overview:** We are looking for a hands\-on Full\-Stack Engineer to translate loosely defined product requirements into production\-ready features. You will work closely with the CTO and a small engineering team to improve platform reliability, execution velocity, and code quality. The work is cross\-functional, execution\-heavy, and requires strong problem\-solving and practical implementation skills. **Your Impact:** * Deliver high\-quality features from concept to production with minimal oversight. * Contribute directly to platform stability, reducing issues in active customer pilots. * Improve overall code quality, maintainability, and execution efficiency. * Support real customer workflows by integrating AI and voice logic reliably. * Enhance operational processes and backend/frontend integration across the platform. **Core Responsibilities:** Engineering Execution \& Ownership – 40% * Translate high\-level product requirements into technical designs and actionable Jira tickets. * Own features end\-to\-end, delivering clean, maintainable production code. * Review pull requests and enforce high code quality standards. * Document technical decisions and communicate trade\-offs clearly. Backend\-Focused Full\-Stack Development – 30% * Build and maintain backend services using Python and modern frameworks (FastAPI\-style). * Design and evolve relational database schemas and migrations. * Contribute to internal frontend features using React / Next.js as needed. AI \& Voice Workflow Integration – 20% * Implement real customer workflows using AI and voice tools. * Connect LLM behavior, prompts, and tool logic to application code. * Focus on reliability, correctness, and production\-ready implementation rather than experimental research. Infrastructure \& Integrations – 5% * Support application deployment and operational reliability. * Contribute incremental improvements to existing infrastructure (e.g., Vercel). * Integrate and maintain third\-party services such as voice providers and payment systems.
