Senior Data DevOps Engineer (Azure Cloud)

We are looking for a Senior Data DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure to join our team and contribute significantly to developing and refining data infrastructure and workflows. You will architect, implement, and manage scalable data solutions within the Azure cloud ecosystem while collaborating closely with data engineers and cross\-functional teams to ensure robust pipeline efficiency, system dependability, and optimal performance. Join us and help shape innovative data solutions. **Responsibilities** * Design and manage data infrastructure leveraging Azure services like Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse, and Data Factory * Collaborate with data engineering teams to construct and maintain high\-performance data workflows and pipelines * Automate data operations using Python to enhance process efficiency and dependability * Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent platforms * Partner with cross\-functional teams to boost system scalability, performance, and reliability * Install, configure, and maintain data tools such as Apache Spark and Kafka in cloud and on\-premises setups * Monitor data systems proactively to detect and resolve performance or scalability challenges * Diagnose and fix complex problems across data platforms and pipelines **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years experience in Data Engineering or similar roles * Proficient Python programming skills with experience in batch processing workflows * Advanced SQL capabilities for querying and managing large\-scale datasets * Expertise in Azure cloud services for managing data infrastructure * Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation * Ability to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or related tools * Familiarity with data processing and workflow tools such as Spark, Airflow, or R * Strong knowledge of Linux systems, including scripting and administration * Solid understanding of network protocols including TCP, UDP, ICMP, DHCP, DNS, and NAT * Fluent English communication skills at B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Knowledge of other cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP * Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes for data workflow management * Understanding of monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor * Exposure to Big Data technologies and advanced analytics workflows * Hands\-on experience with cloud data governance and security best practices
