Lead Data DevOps Engineer

Seeking a Lead Data DevOps Engineer skilled in Google Cloud Platform to lead the development and automation of cloud data infrastructure. Apply to join a dynamic environment focused on data innovation. **Responsibilities** * Plan and design cloud data infrastructure with GCP components like DataFlow, GCS, BigQuery, Dataproc, and Cloud Composer * Deploy and manage infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform for provisioning and monitoring * Collaborate with data engineers to automate workflows using Python * Implement CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions for efficient deployment * Partner with cross\-functional teams to improve data platform reliability and efficiency * Maintain cloud data tools including Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and Apache Airflow * Investigate and resolve issues ensuring scalability and stability of cloud data systems **Requirements** * At least 5 years of experience in cloud environments with a focus on GCP services like BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Dataproc * Strong Python and SQL skills for data pipeline development * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation * Competency in CI/CD pipeline creation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI * Good knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting * Understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and NAT * Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, or ELK Stack **Nice to have** * Knowledge of AWS or Azure services such as ECS, S3, Data Lake, or Synapse * Ability to utilize IaC tools like Ansible * Experience in other data workflow automation frameworks
