Senior Data DevOps Engineer (with Azure)

Our team is seeking a Senior Data DevOps Engineer with Azure experience to lead the enhancement and maintenance of our data infrastructure and workflows. You will design, implement, and manage scalable data solutions on the Azure cloud platform, collaborating closely with data engineers and cross\-departmental teams to ensure the robustness and efficiency of data pipelines. If you are passionate about data infrastructure, apply to join us. **Responsibilities** * Plan, deploy, and manage data infrastructure using Azure tools including ADLSv2, Databricks, Synapse, and Data Factory * Coordinate with data engineering teams to develop and maintain effective data pipelines and workflows * Use Python to automate data processes for increased efficiency and reliability * Establish and support CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve system scalability, reliability, and performance * Deploy and manage data processing tools like Apache Spark and Kafka in cloud and on\-premises contexts * Monitor data systems to identify and address performance and scalability challenges proactively * Troubleshoot complex issues in data platforms and pipeline environments **Requirements** * 3\+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering or related fields * Strong Python programming skills focused on batch processing workflows * Advanced SQL expertise for querying and managing large datasets * Proficient with Azure cloud services for data infrastructure management * Experienced with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation * Proven ability to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools * Familiarity with data management tools like Spark, Airflow, or R * Strong Linux knowledge including scripting and system administration * Good understanding of network protocols including TCP, UDP, ICMP, DHCP, DNS, and NAT * English proficiency at B2\+ level, spoken and written **Nice to have** * Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP * Knowledge of Kubernetes for managing containerized data workflows * Understanding of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor * Exposure to Big Data technologies and advanced analytics workflows * Experience with cloud data security and governance practices
