Apply today to help shape cutting\-edge data ecosystems. **Responsibilities** * Design and drive the deployment and enhancement of scalable AWS data infrastructure including ECS, RDS, Athena, Glue, and Redshift * Develop and promote Infrastructure as Code workflows using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation * Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines leveraging Python and AWS Glue * Define and maintain best practices for CI/CD pipeline management with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AWS CodePipeline * Lead efforts to improve system scalability, reliability, performance, and cost\-effectiveness * Evaluate and implement advanced data processing frameworks such as Apache Airflow and Apache Spark (EMR) * Manage critical AWS infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis * Enforce advanced security configurations including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance * Plan capacity, optimize resources, and manage costs for core data platform services * Guide and mentor engineers across experience levels, serving as a technical authority * Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and set delivery roadmaps * Encourage a culture of innovation and engineering excellence **Requirements** * Over 5 years of professional experience in cloud\-focused Data Engineering or DevOps roles * Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership position * Strong Python programming skills for workflow automation * Advanced proficiency in SQL for large dataset management * Deep expertise in AWS data services such as Redshift, Glue, EMR, Athena, and S3 * Hands\-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform and AWS CloudFormation * Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions * Knowledge of distributed data processing and orchestration frameworks including Apache Spark and Apache Airflow * Solid Linux administration and container orchestration knowledge (Docker, AWS ECS/EKS) * Comprehensive understanding of cloud networking and troubleshooting in AWS * Proven skills with data streaming platforms like Apache Kafka * Demonstrated leadership abilities and team mentoring experience * English fluency at B2\+ level **Nice to have** * Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP * Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like R, Tableau, or Power BI * Knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Bamboo and configuration management * Experience designing secure hybrid cloud and on\-premises solutions * Practical experience managing Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS/ECS
