We specialize in developing high\-precision SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), state estimation, and perception solutions using LIDAR and vision\-based technologies to navigate and map complex environments globally. While our base is in the heart of the Amazon, our operations are specialized in **remote engineering services** . We focus on the "intelligence" behind the robots—the algorithms, data pipelines, and simulations that make autonomy possible for projects across the world without the need for physical hardware handling on\-site. **The Role** We are looking for a highly skilled **Robotics Software Engineer** with a strong background in **perception and estimation** to join our team in **Manaus** . You will be responsible for designing the software stacks that allow autonomous agents to not only map their surroundings but also accurately estimate their state and perceive dynamic environments in real\-time. Your domain will involve high\-fidelity simulation environments and real\-world datasets. You will be expected to bridge the gap between raw sensor data and actionable intelligence, delivering high\-tier engineering solutions to our clients remotely. **Key Responsibilities** * **State Estimation \& Filtering:** Design and implement robust state estimation modules using classical filtering techniques (EKF, UKF, Particle Filters) to fuse data from IMUs, wheel odometry, and global sensors. * **Perception Systems:** Develop perception pipelines for obstacle detection, segmentation, and tracking to ensure safe navigation in dynamic or unstructured environments. * **SLAM Development:** Implement and fine\-tune state\-of\-the\-art SLAM algorithms (LIDAR\-based and Visual) to ensure high\-accuracy mapping. * **Simulation Excellence:** Create and maintain digital twins and simulation environments (Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim) for rigorous testing of autonomy stacks. * **Data Pipeline Engineering:** Develop and maintain pipelines for processing, filtering, and visualizing large\-scale 3D point cloud and sensor data. * **Algorithm Optimization:** Ensure real\-time performance of perception and localization algorithms on edge computing architectures. **What We Are Looking For** **Technical Requirements** * **Core Languages:** Mastery of **C\+\+ (14/17/20\)** and **Python 3** . * **Frameworks:** Extensive experience with **ROS or ROS2** (navigation, perception, and TF2\). * **Estimation \& Filtering:** Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of **Classical Filters** (Extended Kalman Filters, Unscented Kalman Filters, Particle Filters) and factor graph optimization. * **Perception:** Experience with object detection, clustering, and tracking algorithms.
