Java Software Developer

**Job Description** The Asset Management Middle Office team at Mofid Securities, with the mission of increasing asset management capability and capacity, invites skilled and experienced developers to collaborate in the following position. **Technical skills:**  • Excellent mastery of Java Core and advanced Java programming concepts  • Hands\-on experience using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and JPA  • Hands\-on experience in software architecture  • Hands\-on experience applying High Performance \& Low Latency libraries  • Deep knowledge of object\-oriented concepts and software engineering  • Experience with Unit and Integration testing  • Hands\-on experience using Git, Gradle, Kafka, Docker, and Redis  • Experience working with MSSQL databases and query optimization  • Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools such as Sentry and Grafana Soft skills:  • Interest in new technologies and fast learning ability  • Full ownership of tasks from design to execution  • Attention to code quality and service stability  • Ability to communicate effectively, accept criticism, and provide constructive feedback Preferred qualifications:  • Familiarity with the stock market  • Experience working on financial or stock market projects  • Use of artificial intelligence in daily work Company introduction Mofid, as the first capital market services group and the largest brokerage in Iran, is always seeking creative and responsible talent.
