**Hello! 👋** We are looking for our new star to join our team as the first Partner Developer Representative for the growing Brazilian Market. We are **Sesame HR** , the digital solution that helps HR teams, managers, and companies optimize their people\-management processes by centralizing everything in a single platform. We work to redefine the employee experience. Our mission is to make the work of managers and HR professionals easier so they can focus on creating personalized employee experiences and taking care of their teams while the company continues achieving outstanding business results. đŸ€“ **What do we expect from this role?** * Execute cold outreach via different channels (LinkedIn, email, calls) to engage and recruit potential partners within our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP). * Prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential partners. * Lead initial conversations and discovery with partners, presenting Sesame’s partnership model and value proposition. * Participate in partner meetings through contract signature. * Qualify partner\-sourced leads and coordinate meetings between partners’ qualified leads and the sales team. * Support early\-stage partner activation and first referrals. * Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM. * Collaborate closely with the Partner Manager on strategy, feedback, and improvements to the partner motion. * Gradually support the management of low\-potential partners as the program scales. **đŸ‘© đŸ’» It is crucial that you have:** * Native Portuguese. * Advanced English and at least intermediate Spanish. * Previous experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development / Business Development (SDR, BDR, or similar). * Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, or similar frameworks. * Strong initiative and strategic thinking, with the ability to propose new initiatives and shape * the role as the first person in this position in the market. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in presenting to external stakeholders. * Experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, and calls). * Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar. * Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * High ownership, organization, and execution mindset. ⭐ Nice to have: * Previous experience working with Partnership Channels. * Familiarity with referral or affiliate partnership models.
