The product is Assist Agents. **Job Description** What You’ll Build **Assist Agents** is Motorola’s next\-gen agentic AI for public safety—helping 9\-1\-1 call takers, dispatchers, analysts, and officers get answers in seconds, not minutes. It’s fast, reliable, embedded in real workflows, and powered by real\-time AI. As a **Senior Full\-Stack Engineer** , you’ll work across frontend and backend layers to build seamless user experiences and robust APIs. You’ll help craft agentic AI services, integrate with mission\-critical systems, and continuously improve how public safety professionals interact with Assist. Your Role * Build and maintain core features across both frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node/Python/REST) systems. * Design APIs and services that support real\-time, AI\-driven decisions. * Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to ship intuitive user experiences with speed and quality. * Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design, and code reviews that raise the bar. * Write clean, testable, maintainable code—and help others do the same. * Own what you build—from dev to prod and it’s feedback loop. What You Bring * 5\+ years of professional experience as a full\-stack engineer. * Strong experience with LLMs, chat interfaces, NLP, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs. * Ability to design and implement systems that are scalable, secure, and performant. * A product mindset—able to think beyond tickets and code. * Clear communication and a collaborative spirit. * Bonus: experience with MCP, Agentic AI, or real\-time systems.
