Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a **Senior Data Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL expertise and enjoy blending analytical thinking with business understanding to deliver data\-driven insights that fuel our ongoing growth. **Responsibilities** * Develop and launch new data pipelines for the Creator Economy, adapting to evolving data patterns and supporting additional data types and use cases * Transition the current Engagement Payout (EP) pipeline to Databricks, redesigning it for greater scalability, enhanced performance, and easier maintenance * Automate manual tasks in the monthly EP workflow to decrease repetitive work and reduce the risk of human error **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Data Engineer * Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing data, especially within Databricks environments * Experience with large\-scale databases, specifically Databricks, for handling high\-volume data * Proficiency in ETL and ELT processes using tools like Airflow for data extraction, transformation, and loading * Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results efficiently in a fast\-paced setting * English language proficiency at B2\+ level or higher, both written and spoken **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery for cloud\-based data warehousing * Experience creating reports in Tableau or similar reporting tools * Understanding of product business metrics such as LTV, ARPPU, and Retention, including methods for calculating them * Background in the gaming industry * Skills in Python and Pyspark for data processing and pipeline development * Experience working with Amazon S3 for data storage and management
