Lead Data Engineer

We are searching for a **Lead Data Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced SQL expertise and thrive on blending analytical abilities with business perspective to deliver meaningful data\-driven solutions that propel our organization’s growth. **Responsibilities** * Develop and deploy new data pipelines for the Creator Economy, ensuring flexibility to accommodate evolving data models and supporting multiple data types and use cases * Transition the current Engagement Payout (EP) pipeline to Databricks, optimizing it for greater scalability, improved performance, and easier maintenance * Automate recurring tasks in the monthly EP workflow to boost precision and minimize manual intervention **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer * At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams * Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation, especially within Databricks environments * Experience handling large\-scale databases such as Databricks for extensive data management * Expertise in ETL and ELT processes using tools like Airflow for seamless data integration and workflow automation * Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast\-paced setting * English language skills at B2\+ level or higher, both written and spoken **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery for robust, cloud\-based data warehousing * Experience using Tableau or similar tools for creating data visualizations and reports * Understanding of product metrics such as LTV, ARPPU, and Retention, including calculation techniques * Background in the gaming industry * Skills in Python and Pyspark for complex data processing and pipeline development * Experience with Amazon S3 for efficient data storage and access
