Full Stack Engineer

**About the Company:** We are a growing tech company with a product that has moved beyond MVP and is gaining traction with paying customers. We are focused on scaling efficiently, innovating rapidly, and leveraging AI to outpace the competition. As we grow, we are looking for an experienced software engineer to take ownership of our stack, help modernize our platform, and work closely with our leadership team. **The Role** We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives in fast\-moving environments. You will become a day\-to\-day partner for our founders, Matt and Dave, taking ownership of our current systems, helping us modernize the architecture, and ensuring that our product can scale seamlessly as our user base grows Responsibilities: * Take ownership of the entire application stack, including API, UI, CI/CD, and hosting. * Maintain, optimize, and scale the existing MVP built wi th Nest .JS, Mongoose, MongoDB (Atlas), Redis, Vue, and Tanstack. * Modernize the platform using cost\-conscious, scalable solutions such as Vercel, Supabase, or similar technologies. * Collaborate closely with founders to prioritize development, implement new features, and improve product performance. * Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve speed, scalability, and reliability. * Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and infrastructure management with Terraform. * Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve product features, and gain competitive advantages. Requirements: * Strong experience **with Ne** st.js **and Mon** goose / MongoDB. * Solid front\-end experience **wit** h Vue **and Tan** stack. * Familiarity **with** Redis, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and cloud hosting (AWS Beanstalk). * Experience with modern hosting platforms **like V** ercel and backend services **like Sup** abase is highly desirable. * Ability to understand the entire product stack and take full ownership of components. * Proven problem\-solving skills and ability to optimize for scalability and performance. * Comfortable working closely with founders in a dynamic, evolving environment. * Experience working in cost\-conscious environments and making technology trade\-offs thoughtfully. Nice\-to\-Have: * Exposure to AI\-driven product enhancements. * Experience modernizing legacy systems or MVPs for scalability. * Start\-up or early\-stage company experience.
