JOB DESCRIPTION: Core Technical Skills: 5\+ years of OO Java engineering experience (strong backend focus) Experience deploying to cloud environments (Heroku ideal; AWS/GCP acceptable) Strong understanding of cloud‑based service architecture Proficiency with Java microservices, REST APIs, integrations, and backend frameworks Experience with CI/CD pipelines (complex environments preferred) Familiar with distributed systems, performance tuning, and debugging at scale. We are seeking a strong Java Full‑Stack Engineer with deep experience in object‑oriented backend development, cloud deployment pipelines, and system integrations. This engineer will work across Java \+ Heroku \+ Salesforce Platform, building scalable services, integrations, and routing logic for critical lead‑flow systems. Salesforce experience is a plus—but strong Java engineering is the most important requirement. Engineers with solid OO Java backgrounds ramp quickly on the Salesforce platform. You’ll collaborate with US‑based and offshore engineering teams and contribute to both new initiatives and ongoing enhancements. This work may also include emerging agentic capabilities connected to Salesforce’s platform Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain backend services used to ingest and process inbound customer signals. Develop routing logic that determines how leads/signals flow into Sales, BDR/SDR, or marketing nurture paths. Integrate systems across Salesforce, Heroku, and various internal platforms. Collaborate with US‑based engineers and support the ramp‑up of offshore team members. Build and maintain complex CI/CD pipelines. Deploy services into cloud environments (Heroku or equivalent cloud platforms). Contribute to system architecture decisions and optimisation. Ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance across the entire signal‑processing platform. Participate in one‑round or two‑round technical interviews, depending on the candidate's preparedness.
