**About the Company** Why 7GenWe’re a growth\-stage company making it easy for fleets to go electric. Our EV\-as\-a\-Service model handles everything: vehicle procurement, charging infrastructure, financing, subsidies, and software. We do this so our clients don’t have to figure it out alone. The engineering team is small: you’ll be one of the first hires, working directly with the CTO and the business. There’s no layers between you and impact. That’s the timescale we think on. **About the Role** The OpportunityWe need another builder. You’ll work across the full stack: React frontends, Node.js APIs, Cloudflare infrastructure, shipping tools that directly drive revenue and operational speed. **Responsibilities** * A driver app that teaches EV drivers how to drive more efficiently and extend range * Internal workflow tools that replace manual processes and speed up operations * Sales and revenue tools like lead enrichment pipelines, conversion dashboards, and analytics integrations * Features for our customer platform that help fleet managers track and optimize their EV operations **Tech Stack** You won’t be expected to know all of this. This is what the team uses — you’ll learn as you go. * TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui — full stack, every day * Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, D1, R2\) — edge\-first infrastructure * PostgreSQL — our primary data store * CI/CD and modern deployment pipelines * AI\-first development: Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot **Qualifications** What We Look For * Solid fundamentals in TypeScript and Next.js (App Router, server components, API routes) * Experience building UIs with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like shadcn/ui * Comfortable with PostgreSQL and writing SQL * Familiarity with Git, the command line, and modern deployment workflows * Working English — written and spoken — for daily collaboration * You code with AI and understand what it produces. You use tools like Cursor or Copilot to move fast, but you can debug, refactor, and explain the code independently. If you’re still learning this, that’s fine — but you need to be motivated to get good at it **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, D1\) or any edge/serverless platform * Interest in data pipelines, ML, or IoT * Open\-source contributions or a GitHub profile you’re proud of **Pay range and compensation package** * Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 USD/month, paid monthly. You invoice via nota fiscal. * Equipment stipend: $150/month toward your home office, hardware, and peripherals. * Learning \& tools budget: $150/month for courses, books, conferences, and AI tool subscriptions (Cursor Pro, etc.). * Location: Remote, based in Brazil. Some overlap with North American hours for syncs. * Autonomy: You manage your schedule and working environment.
