This is not a traditional backend\-only role. We need someone who can think beyond tickets and requirements — someone who can translate high\-level business objectives into technical solutions and working prototypes. In this role, you will design and implement backend systems primarily using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, while leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, LLM\-based assistants, and other generative systems to accelerate development responsibly. The goal is not simply to generate more code — it’s to build faster without compromising architecture, testing discipline, QA processes, or release stability. You will operate autonomously, take ownership of architectural decisions when needed, and help evolve how engineering teams work in an AI\-accelerated environment.
