The team is building AI tools that help judges handle overwhelming caseloads more efficiently so they can spend more time getting decisions right. * Full\-stack engineers are the linchpins between complex backend logic and seamless user interfaces, leading and executing large\-scale projects with intricate architecture and scalable solutions. Your work will be crucial in developing an end\-to\-end product that supports judges in rendering fairer and faster judgments. **What We're Looking For** * 7\+ years of professional software development experience ; * Proven experience leading large\-scale projects involving complex architecture and scalable solutions ; * Proficiency in modern technologies such as Typescript, JavaScript, React, Node.js … Python is mandatory and Go is highly appreciated ; * Strong computer science fundamentals and experience with web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS) and REST APIs ; * Strong written and verbal communication skills – english is a must ; * Strong customer obsession with a focus on understanding user needs and ensuring a good user experience ; * Good judgment in making tradeoffs to balance short\-term needs with long\-term foundational investments ; * Humility and self\-awareness ; * Passion and resourcefulness, always finding a way to overcome obstacles and achieve goals ; * An unwavering optimism and a can\-do attitude, focused on building the future rather than on limitations .   **Extras That Makes You Shine:** * Experience with AI and large language models (LLMs) ; * Experience with Sentry and product analytics platforms ; * Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure ; * Experience implementing SOC 2 compliance .   **Key Responsibilities** * Architect, design, and lead end\-to\-end development of large\-scale projects involving complex architecture ; * Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services using modern technologies like Node.js, Go, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Heroku ; * Develop responsive, user\-friendly frontend interfaces using technologies such as Typescript, JavaScript, and React ; * Leverage strong CS fundamentals and web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS) and REST APIs to develop robust web applications ; * Ensure high\-quality code standards and best practices while balancing short\-term needs with long\-term objectives ; * Prioritize understanding of user needs to deliver thoughtful, user\-friendly solutions and a seamless, efficient experience for judges ; * Engage with users to gather feedback and iterate on designs and features ; * Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to create integrated and performant solutions ; * Participate in code reviews, guide architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers ; * Maintain self\-awareness of strengths and growth areas, continually learning and improving, and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices .   **Additional Details** * You will join a mission\-driven team focused on reshaping the judiciary with breakthrough AI solutions for judges .
