This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward\-thinking company that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. **What You'll Do:** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python frameworks, primarily Django and Flask. * Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to define and implement RESTful APIs that enhance user experiences. * Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high availability and performance. * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and improve product delivery. * Work with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries. * Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices in software engineering. * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our backend architecture. **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python, preferably using Django or Flask. * Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, with a solid understanding of data modeling and optimization. * Hands\-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. * Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture. * Experience with CI/CD practices and tools to enhance software delivery and quality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fully remote setting.
