Our focus is on shipping quickly, running lean, and building tools that customers actually want. **About the Role** We’re looking for a full\-stack developer who’s excited about building new things and using AI to move faster. This is a remote\-first, full\-time role where you’ll work closely with our small, fast\-moving team to expand our feature set and help improve the developer experience. You’ll be building end\-to\-end: from scoping features to shipping production code. You’ll have real ownership over the tech you build. The project on which you’ll be working is an online evaluation platform working with large enterprises across LATAM. We recently finished refactoring the platform and we’re entering a new phase of growth. You’ll work on adding new, AI\-first, end\-to\-end features and refactoring legacy backend code. **What You’ll Work On** In your first few months, you might: * Modernize legacy PHP codebase while maintaining platform stability * Build AI\-powered candidate assessment features and automated evaluation workflows * Fix bugs, improve performance, and refine existing features **What We’re Looking For** * 4\+ years of **full\-stack development** experience * Proficient with **React/Typescript, PHP** , MySQL, and **AWS** * Comfortable and curious **using AI tools** (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to assist your workflow * Solid experience building and shipping **SaaS** products * Strong communication skills in **English** * **Startup mindset** : you’re self\-directed and enjoy working in small, focused teams. **Bonus Points** * Curious to experiment and stay updated with the latest in LLMs and AI dev tools * Entrepreneur mind with a few self\-developed personal projects * Have experience in working in remote teams **Salary Range** : $3\.5 \- $4\.5k/month depending on experience ⚠️ Please apply via this form *https://airtable.com/app5WzybErPi9FyFL/shrNSVtfioq31OgNw* ⚠️
