Backend Cloud Engineer (Java+AWS+MCP)

**Submit your resume only in english** **Advanced English (B2\+) Mandatory** **Position Remote** **Contractor position with a duration of 12 Months (with the possibility of extension)** **At least 5\+ years of experience** **building scalable web applications.** A highly\-qualified Senior Software Backend Engineer to take a leadership role in advancing our SaaS platform for inventory, warehouse management, and manufacturing. In this key position, you will not only contribute to but also guide the technical direction of our product. You will collaborate closely with our architecture team to maintain high levels of scalability, performance, and overall quality, utilizing microservices architecture and cloud best practices within an Agile framework. **Key Responsibilities** · Lead backend development using Java (Spring Boot). · Drive technical architecture, scalability, and code quality. · Own cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS – ECS, EKS). · Optimize and scale Postgres / SQL Server databases. · Integrate AI/ML models and LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock) into platform workflows. · Implement event\-driven systems, pub/sub, and rule engines/DSLs. · Guide and mentor engineers, set coding standards, lead code reviews. · Collaborate cross\-functionally with product, design, and QA. · Lead root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement. **Required Skills** · 5\+ years of experience building scalable web applications. · Expert in Java/Spring Boot, and cloud\-native development. · MCP server experience is a must. · Strong experience with AI\-assisted development tools and prompt engineering. · Proficiency in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. · Deep database knowledge (Postgres, SQL Server) and ORM (Hibernate or Entity Framework). · Familiar with event\-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, and rule engines. · Experience in ERP, warehouse, or manufacturing systems is a strong plus.
