OutSystems Developer

**About the Role** We are looking for experienced OutSystems Developers based in **Brazil** to join our **international** delivery team. You will be responsible for building enterprise\-grade applications for global clients, working in an environment where **English is the primary language** for daily collaboration, documentation, and meetings. **Key Responsibilities** * **Full\-Stack Development:** Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform (O11 / ODC). * **Technical Leadership:** (For Seniors) Lead technical discussions, mentor medior developers, and ensure best practices in architecture and security. * **System Integration:** Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs and integrate with third\-party systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). * **Agile Collaboration:** Participate in daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, and reviews in a 100% English\-speaking environment. * **Performance Optimization:** Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and user experience. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 3\+ years (Medior) or 5\+ years (Senior) of hands\-on experience with OutSystems. * **Language:** **Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.** You must be comfortable speaking English during the entire workday. * **Technical Skills:** \* Proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and LifeTime. * Solid knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Experience with C\# and .NET (highly valued for Seniors). * **Certifications:** OutSystems Associate, Professional, or Expert certifications are a plus. * **Soft Skills:** Strong communication, proactive problem\-solving, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. **What We Offer** * **100% Remote:** Work from anywhere in Brazil. * **International Exposure:** Work directly with global teams and stakeholders. * **Flexible Engagement:** Competitive compensation with multiple contract options (to be discussed).
