What we expect from you:* Effective communication: You must communicate well, raising issues, giving advance notice, and asking questions whenever you have doubts. * Proactive in seeking information: We expect you not to wait for everything to be spoon\-fed, but to seek information and clarification on business rules when necessary. * Understanding of architecture: It is not necessary to be a master in all technologies, but you must understand how our architecture works, be able to detect problems, and perform queries for investigations. The technologies required for this challenge are:* Excellent knowledge of Backend in Python (with the Flask framework) * Good knowledge of React (JavaScript, HTML, and CSS): React\-Admin based administrative system (if you already know React, you will adapt easily to this framework) * AWS at the usage level (configurations are outside the responsibility of the Wellness team) * SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL); * Advanced English (B2/C1\) for negotiation and conducting technical discussions. You will stand out if you have knowledge/experience in:* Experience in system integration will be a plus * Fluent English.
